ROW /Re-connecting Our Waterways

This ROW assignment was to create a visual feel of the White River and Central Canal. These areas are covered up by trees and other growth. Row wants to re-connect these beautiful vistas to the people. Their initiative is to reclaim the benefits of Indianapolis’ waterways and to provide opportunities for physical, human and economic development.
